[ Experience ]

Michael previously served as the National Vice President of Operations for Per-Se Technologies’ Academic and Multi-Specialty Services business unit. In this role, he had operational responsibility for hundreds of practices generating well over $50 million in annual revenue for Per-Se. His client base spanned nearly all physician specialties, all U.S. regions, and both academic and community-based practices.

Before that, Michael held various leadership positions for the same company, including Regional Vice President and General Manager of academic practice operations in the Western United States. Prior to his tenure at Per-Se, Michael founded and led his own billing company, Healthtech Dynamics, in Los Angeles, where he oversaw the design, development, and deployment of a large arsenal of systems and tools.

Prior to starting Healthtech Dynamics, Michael worked for Price Waterhouse as a management consultant specializing in information technology projects within various U.S. service sectors.

Michael has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wabash College.

[ Experience ]

Prior to joining Anodyne, Gil served as the Director of Finance for the Academic and Multi-Specialty services group at Per-Se Technologies, which provided revenue cycle management services to provider organizations.  His responsibilities included oversight and management of all finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis/review. Gil was also responsible for the pricing of all new business sold by the division.

Previous to serving as Director of Finance. Gil was the controller of Per-Se Technologies’ $80 million software division, which specialized in clinical and scheduling software. In this role, he built an accounting and finance organization, while integrating several general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable functions into one comprehensive system.

[ Education ]

Gil has a Master’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Georgia State University, and Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut.

[ Experience ]

Prior to joining Anodyne, Sean spent nearly ten years at Per-Se Technologies, where he ultimately served as the Vice President of Business Intelligence within the Physician Services division and acted as the chief software architect for the division. Sean and his team at Per-Se were responsible for all of the billing division’s reporting and analysis tools, as well as the design and development of one of the largest data warehouses in the healthcare industry, comprising hundreds of millions of claim records.  Sean got his start at the company in 1997 as part of Per-Se’s Billing Compliance department and was the lead developer of a number of innovative Technology-Based Monitoring solutions that were used to monitor claims flow and perform data mining and analysis on billing and reimbursement data across a wide variety of specialties and payors. 

Sean also worked extensively with Per-Se’s electronic healthcare claims clearinghouse and served as the IT representative on the company’s HIPAA compliance committee.  Before working at Per-Se, Sean was an independent software development and architecture consultant, with a variety of clients in both the academic and commercial fields.  He also taught mathematics and computer science for six years in the Georgia Governor’s Honors Program for gifted and talented high school students and spent two years coaching girls’ varsity and JV soccer while pursuing his graduate degree.

[ Education ]

Sean holds Bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science, as well as a Master’s degree in Computer Science, all from Western Kentucky University. Sean also did some post-graduate work at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he worked on educational technology and compression algorithms for 3D computer graphics

[Experience]

Davin previously served as President of Piedmont Healthcare Management Group (PHMG), a leading provider of healthcare business services within the Emergency Medicine specialty. He joined Anodyne Health's executive team in March 2008 following Anodyne's successful acquisition of PHMG. While at PHMG, Davin was responsible for corporate strategy and led the company's daily operations. During his tenure, PHMG matured from a start-up enterprise into a profitable business recognized for its focus on customer service and its innovative technology solutions.

Prior to joining PHMG, Davin was the Founder and Managing Partner of a private investment firm. He has also held leadership positions within asset management at J.P. Morgan and within public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

[Education]

Davin received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wake Forest University and earned a Masters of Business Administration from The Wharton School.

[ Experience ]

Steve has been involved in healthcare revenue cycle and physician practice management for three decades. In 1979, Steve co-founded, owned, and operated a physician billing company in Southern California.  In 1999, he sold his billing company and went to work for Per-Se Technologies, one of the world's largest healthcare IT and services companies. His initial responsibilities included Client Management for all Anesthesia business in the Western U.S., with a subsequent transition to the role of Regional Vice President in charge of Operations and Client Management for all Academic and Multi-Specialty business in the Western U.S.

Since leaving Per-Se in 2004, and prior to joining Anodyne in 2007, Steve expanded his knowledge and experience to hospital and surgery center revenue cycle management by directing the hospital early-out program at Grant & Weber, a Calabasas, CA-based service provider, and assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer at PMG Partners in Brentwood, CA, the country's largest provider of ASC revenue cycle management services.
