January 2, 2009: Randy Jones Joins Anodynes Executive Team
Atlanta, GA. – January 2, 2009 – Anodyne Health, a leading provider of revenue cycle management solutions for the healthcare industry, welcomes the addition of Randy Jones to their Executive Team as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Business Intelligence Solutions. Randy brings nearly twenty five years of senior leadership experience in physician group practice management, purchased health care, physician recruiting, and hospital administration to Anodyne Health.
Randy previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the faculty practice plan, UNT Health, with University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth. During his eight years with UNT as its chief business officer, he played a major role in growing practice revenues from $24 million to nearly $80 million per year.
Before joining UNT, Randy was the Director of Network Operations and Contracting with the Parkland Community Health Plan, Inc. in Dallas, Texas. While with Parkland, he led the health plan start-ups for the Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program product lines and helped Parkland become the most successful provider-sponsored health plan in Texas.
Between 1984 and 1998, Randy was a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force Medical Service Corps. While with the USAF, Randy was assigned to the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs and served as the national program executive for the TRICARE program for the eastern U.S. Randy is also a veteran of Operation Desert Storm.

Randy holds a bachelor’s degree in general business administration from the University of Nebraska, a master’s degree in finance and economics from the University of Oklahoma, and a doctorate in health care administration with Medical University of South Carolina. He is board certified in health care administration by the American College of Medical Executives (ACHE) and board certified in physician group practice management by the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE). Randy has also been named fellow of both the ACHE and the ACMPE.
